Great anniversary gift

Came quickly, however canvas was quite wrinkled. I reached out to support, who promptly gave me some tips on how to remedy the situation. The brushes send with we’re trash, but I picked up some new brushes at a local store cheaply, which worked much better. Three of the 23 paints were a little dried out. As I was painting, I was skeptical, but trust the process. Overall, it came out great and I’d happily purchase another.

Glad you enjoyed it. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce any incidents of wrinkled canvases and dried paint. Happy Thanksgiving!

One paint was missing and two were dry

Tried to communite and I was made to feel like was lying and trying to get free paint. I just went to the store and bought some similar colours.

In reviewing the customer service team's response, they just requested that you send a photo of what you received so we can have documentation of every issue we are getting. We are always more than happy to replace paint at no cost to you as long as it's within 60 days of purchase.

Run Away! horrible Communication. Late. Very Disappointing!

John, thanks for your e-mail. We do apologize for any delays in receiving the kit. Our factories were impacted by a COVID outbreak which delayed some shipments from going out in a timely manner. It does look like your shipment arrived on December 30 which was 26 days after you ordered with is outside of our typical timeframe for free shipping. As far as communication, we did look at your communication history with us. We do see you called on December 22 at 4:23 pm, and we did respond with a tracking update at 3:53 am on December 23. You did respond at 9:50 am saying the link was not working for you to which we sent you a new link at 11:49 am. Please let us know how we could have improved the communication experience for you as we are always trying to improve.

Mina, we truly apologize for the delay. It does look like there were a couple issues with your shipment as your tracking shows that we tried to send it out 4 times. However, the current tracking shows that it is with a local courier so it should get delivered shortly. However, we do apologize again for the delay.
